- Structural Integration addresses the body’s fascial network, the fibrous connective tissue that holds the body together and gives it shape. A typical structural integration session includes posture and movement analysis, discussion of goals for the session, deep fascial/muscular tissue work, as well as take home exercises to reinforce the changes made during the session. Recipients will experience increased mobility/flexibility, ease of movement, reduction/elimination of pain, and improved posture. Click HERE to schedule your first session.
