Fascial Stretch

Based on the physical principles of Yin Yoga, Fascial Stretch emphasizes long holds (3 – 5 minutes) under mild to moderate sensation. Targeting the fascia (connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates muscle), this class helps improve range of motion and increase flexibility.

Open to all students, Fascial Stretch is a great way to support your Taijiquan and Qigong practice, as well as reduce tension from work, sport and stress.

We provide everything for class, but you are welcome to bring you own accessories.
Mats, bolsters, blankets, etc.

Wear comfortable workout clothing.

Drop-ins are welcome, but it’s always helpful to schedule first.
