All classes are 55 minutes
$15/class (cash only)
$95 — 10 class prepay (no expiration) (cash/check/credit)
Start Anytime, simply drop in for a regularly scheduled class, though its always best to register first.  You will be notified of any changes to the class you wish to attend.

5:30pm — Fascial Stretch (soon to be Yin Yoga)

Tuesday
9:00am — Qigong
12:00pm — Fascial Stretch (soon to be Yin Yoga)
5:30pm — Taijiquan

Wednesday
9:00am — Fascial Stretch (soon to be Yin Yoga)
12:00pm — Taijiquan
5:30pm — Qigong
