Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Workshop

We will be launching a return to instruction with a Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Series of workshops. This (3) part series is designed to take a beginning student (or returning student who needs a review) through Yang Form 24.

Form 24 is the most widely practiced Tai Chi form throughout the world. It provides the student with an easy access, shortened version of the longer traditional tai chi forms. Students will improve balance, increase strength and flexibility, and heighten mental cognition. These are only a few of the benefits gained from practicing Tai Chi.

At Red Rose Qigong, Form 24 is used as the beginning form to teach basic Tai Chi principles and postures. Only after a student has successfully demonstrated form 24 is the traditional form introduced, along with applications and push hands experience.

Interested students can choose to attend all (3) workshops or, based on their prior experience, choose an a-la-carte approach to best meet their needs.
