Stretching is a fundamental maintenance for a healthy body. All day, we teach our bodies to contract and hold, through stress and activity. Yin Yoga is the perfect way to reset those contractions and release long held tension.
Through this (4) class series, we’ll focus on the main offenders when it comes to stress and the aches and pains of everyday life: low back, hips, neck.

2) Mask to be worn when entering/exiting building.
3) Social Distancing during workshop. Assigned seating.
What to Bring:
– yoga mat
– pillow, bolster or cushions
– yoga block
Yin Yoga requires many props to help modify postures. A yoga mat (or something soft to practice on) is necessary, all other equipment is optional but important to add variety to your practice.
