Are you interested in starting a meditation practice? Have you tried in the past but always seem to get lost in thought and feel confused as to what you should be doing?
Qigong Meditation, or Nei Gong Qigong, is based on the Daoist philosophy of energetic change. In this workshop, you will study and practice the steps toward a productive meditation routine.
The Five Regulation are a road map through all steps of a meditation practice, from the beginning stages of body relaxation to the advanced stages of enlightenment and longevity.
Through this practice, students can expect: relief from pain, reduction of stress, improved flexibility and suppleness, heightened mental clarity and much more. This workshop is intended to start you on the path toward these benefits.

What to bring:
-We will be sitting for the duration of the workshop. Bring a comfortable pillow/cushion/etc for sitting on the floor. Chairs available (please request when scheduling).
-An outlined handout will be provided, but you may want to bring additional material for note taking.
