After a week of a return to classes, the studio space has proven too small to have more than a few students safely practicing.
Moving forward:
– look for more outdoor gatherings for taichi, qigong and yin yoga
– schedule private sessions to continue progress with your tai chi practice
– also utilize private instructions to customize a qigong or yoga routine specifically designed for your needs
– revisit Red Rose Qigong on Facebook for a library of qigong and yin yoga routines
