Update 3-16-20 — Class Modifications During Coronavirus Pandemic

3-16-20 In accordance with Governor Wolf’s recommendation and to ensure the most risk-free treatment environment, classes will be cancelled until further notice.

Being mindful of the current health concerns throughout the country, minor changes will be made during the upcoming weeks. Due to the small size of classes (less than 10 members/class), the schedule will continue to run as usual, with the following changes:

Yin Yoga: no equipment will be available for use. Be sure to bring a MAT and BLANKET, as well as any other equipment you prefer to use during class (bolsters, blocks, etc)

Taijiquan: class format will be as follows:
– 20 minute qigong for the immune system
– 15 minute group practice form 24
– 20minute general instruction form 24
– no individual instruction/form correction
– no push hands

Qigong: mats and bolsters will not be available for meditation or practice. Be sure to bring any equipment that will make your practice more comfortable.

I’ll continue to make changes as appropriate, ensuring the safest environment possible. These practices are an exceptional way to bolster your health and immune system. Be sure to continue you practice. Visit my Instagram page for short instructional videos to assist you at home.

Healing and Private sessions will continue as usual.
